                              RESOLUTION NO. 21598
                
                
                 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN
                 AGREEMENT WITH THE UNIVERSITY OF TENNESSEE AT
                 CHATTANOOGA, RELATIVE TO MONITORING FECAL
                 COLIFORMS IN STORMWATER DISCHARGE, FOR A TOTAL
                 COST NOT TO EXCEED TWENTY-SIX THOUSAND, FIVE
                 HUNDRED THIRTY-FIVE DOLLARS ($26,535.00).
                
                
                                                    
                
                
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, that there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       execution of an Agreement with the University of Tennessee at
       Chattanooga, relative to monitoring fecal coliforms in stormwater 

       discharge, for a total cost not to exceed $26,535.00.
